Vanderheiden to pilot Bowers 81 in High Limit stop at Eagle Raceway

It is official: "Cole Train" Cole Vanderheiden will make his return to the Rick and Chris Bowers-owned No. 81 sprint car, set to activate their 2026 slate with Eagle Raceway's Roto-Rooter Midweek Series program featuring High Limit Racing on Tuesday, April 21. Vanderheiden, who calls Papillion, Nebraska, home, first joined the Bowers program in 2025, debuting their relationship with a runner-up result in Midwest Sprint Touring Series (MSTS) competition at Clay County Fair Speedway in Spencer, Iowa. Impressive enough, it was Vanderheiden's first-ever 410 sprint car appearance, leading 17 laps in the process.
